Trent Swartz

Mr. Trent Swartz received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida in 2006. That same year, he joined a prominent North Florida contractor, Charles Perry Construction, known as CPPI, where he worked on multiple projects including healthcare, education, government, institutional and commercial facilities. Trent received his Certified General Contractors license in June, 2011 and LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) in 2009. That armed him with the expertise in the design and construction phases of Sustainable Building.

Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Trent and his wife Melissa, son Tyler and daughter, Kenley, decided it was time to return to home, accepting a position with Stevens Construction in 2012. Here he expanded his knowledge working with a myriad of technical, commercial and healthcare projects. And in 2014 the family grew with the arrival of their son, Cody.

While extremely grateful and proud of his past experiences and accomplishments, Mr. Swartz had a desire to create a local presence with a focus on hospitality and robust relationships within the Southwest Florida region. This desire, along with strong support from his partners, motivated him to develop Vantage Construction Services, LLC.
