Vantage Construction Services Awarded iHeartMedia Studio Renovation Project in Fort Myers.
FORT MYERS, FL — Vantage Construction Services has been selected to lead the renovation of iHeartMedia’s new studio location in the prestigious Commonwealth Building on College Boulevard in Fort Myers. The project encompasses a comprehensive 3,722-square-foot tenant improvement initiative for the nation’s leading audio company.
The scope of work includes selective demolition followed by a specialized build-out featuring state-of-the-art soundproof studios, modern office spaces, and employee amenities. The project showcases Vantage Construction Services’ expertise in technical construction, particularly in acoustic engineering and broadcast facility requirements.
The renovation is scheduled for completion in early June, when the space will be turned over to iHeartMedia’s engineering team. The new facility will serve as a key broadcast hub for iHeartMedia, which reaches nine out of ten Americans monthly—approximately a quarter of a billion listeners—maintaining its position as the #1 audio company in the United States.
