Vantage Construction Services has successfully completed the renovation and kitchen expansion for the Landings Wheelhouse Restaurant and Bar following damage from Hurricane Ian.
Located in Fort Myers, the renovation included the construction of a concrete retaining wall to rebuild the exterior paver patio. Inside, all new finishes were installed, alongside new hurricane-resistant storefront windows. Additionally, a CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) addition was constructed to house a new walk-in cooler/freezer. Vantage collaborated closely with GMA Architect & Planners to ensure adherence to the established budget and timeline.
