Phil Morris

President / Project Manager

As the President and Project Manager, Phil is responsible for the outcome of each job. His standards are high, and he seeks that same exemplary level of work from his team, vendors, and subcontractors. In his role as Project Manager, Phil is responsible for working with a design team of professionals, drafting project proposals, contracts, budgets, vetting subcontractors, and vendors, and developing and updating schedules. He works closely with the job superintendent and project coordinator, periodically inspecting the job’s progress and providing updates to the owner.

Mr. Morris holds a State of Florida General Contractor and Real Estate license. Before starting Vantage Construction Services in 2014, Mr. Morris oversaw all construction and sales for a private investment firm doing more than $15 million in sales annually, purchasing, renovating, and selling more than 200 properties in South Florida.
