Vantage Construction Completes Naples Project and Starts Another

Ft. Myers, Fla., October 2, 2018:

Vantage Construction Services, LLC, a commercial general contractor, has completed Phase 3 of the Fire Station #2 renovation and started work on the Geothermal Cooling Water Supply and Facility Improvements for the City of Naples.

Vantage Construction renovated Fire Station #2, located at 977 26th Avenue N., Naples FL 34103. The three-phased interior 4600-square foot project was completed while the facility was fully operational and included framing, new hard ceilings throughout, new HVAC systems, all new ductwork, electrical, new switch gear and fixtures, painting and finish work.

Work has now begun on the Geothermal Cooling Water Supply and Facility Improvements at the City’s Building Services office at 295 Riverside Circle, Naples, FL 34102. Geothermal cooling is a type of renewable energy system that moves heat from a building to below the earth’s surface, using the ground like a heatsink. The project consists of exterior site work, construction of a new concrete block mechanical room, a complete revamp of HVAC system encompassing geothermal process with new electrical switch gear and service in addition to interior lobby renovations in this public facility.
